Processing & Shipping
I. The Basic Process:
We will begin to process your order after you placing it as soon as possible. The process will take two stages. The first stage is that we produce and pack goods, then deliver the package to transport company. It usually takes around 3-4 days, excluding special situation of out of stock or especial large order. In addition, the goods are transported and delivered to you by UPS. It usually takes about 3-5 working days, excluding the remote areas.
In order to ensure your goods arrive in time, please use following calculation to estimate the date you will receive your order:
II. Processing Time:
The whole period of time starts from submitting the orders to delivering the package.
Since most of our products are handmade and small. And wholesale orders usually contain various products in different quantities. So we need take time to produce and pick. We will ship the package around 3-4 days after you place the order.
By the way, if you place order on the Sunday, we will process it on the next business day. Occasionally, situations like temporary stock out or receive too many orders in a short time, may slow down the processing speed.
III. Shipping Method:
Under normal circumstances, we ship the package by UPS, which will take around 3-5 working days on the way, in default. We will give our reasonable suggestion in accordance with your country, shipping days and shipping fee.
After shipping the package, once the tracking number is produced ( It usually takes 2 or 3 days to produce the tracking number by shipping company. ), we will fill it in order system for your reference. IV. Shipping Time:
Generally, UPS takes around 3-5 working days. But some factors may cause delays on international shipping, like Force Majeure, remote areas, duties, taxes and custom service. Most of these factors are out of our control.

The prices and freight on our website are not including customs duty or taxes ! According to most laws of different countries, the customs duty and taxes are on buyers, and we don't have the right to charge the customs duty or taxes. The proper way to deal with this problem is, customers study the relevant laws of their country or consult their local customs agency, and then inform us the value you want to declare before we ship your order.
