Replacement, Return & Refund

I. Applicable Scope:

It is only applied to product (s) fulfilled by Aobei Pearl. It does not apply to the same / similar product(s) fulfilled by other sellers.

II. About replacements, returns & refund policies:

1. If you want to get refunding or replace product(s), you must contact us for application and provide us the reason. Our Custom Service e-mail address is service-laura@aobeipearl.com .

2. When you put forward the returning or replacement requirement, please email us with pictures of the goods and package that you intend to return or replace for our reference.

3. Because of improper using, items are damaged or broke, you could not enjoy the returns & refund and replacement service. Returned product(s) is applied for the in-stock products, excluding any custom products and special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure product(s) is unused and in original condition and packaging.

4. All replacement & return requirements will be accepted without any reason within 7 days from the receipt of the package by you, but you must bearing shipping fee of returning and shipping again.

5. From the 7th day after receiving the package by you to the 30th day: If you are not satisfied with the items ( For example: size, color, style ), you have to bear all shipping fee and 5 % handling fee. If you find any quality problem, you can put forward to free return & exchange and do not need to bear all costs related in return processing.

6. If the package does not arrive you within the promised period, you can put forward to get the full refunding. Then you should ship back the late package to our specific address. And the shipping fee will be taken by us. Under normal circumstances, we need around 3-4 working days to deal with an order, excluding the special situation of out of stock and especial large order, because most of our products are handmade. Then It will takes 3-5 working days for shipping.

7. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact our Customer Service to confirm a right delivery address before sending it back and use a track-able shipping method. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission ! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

8. After contacting us to get the permission of replacement or refunding service, you must get a returning code from us, then print it and pack it together with the goods, otherwise, the package will be rejected !

9. When your refund or replacement requirement is agreed, all product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product, then the amount will be refund to your PayPal account within 3 working days after receiving the returned packaging by us, or new goods will be shipped. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. In addition, any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

10. We will process your return and issue a refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

11. In according to our Return & Refund Policies, if there is any amount which is undertaken by you in the processing of returning should be transfer to our company’s PayPal account:  aobeipearl@outlook.com .

IV. About Canceling:

We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. For in-stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours from the minute you finish the payment.

2. Overdue, a handling fee will be charged.

Important Tip: If you want to return the package, refund the amount, repair or replace the product(s) or cancel the order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: service-laura@aobeipearl.com . Otherwise, We will not provide any replacement, return or repair service without our permission, and all loss shall be undertaken by customers.
